Return/Refund Policy

We at Primes value your satisfaction with our products and services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.


07-Day Return Policy

We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused.

  • With tags and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at primedeals@info.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns for Damaged Items

We accept returns only for items that are damaged. To qualify:

  • The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Photo evidence of the damage must be provided within 24 hours of receiving the item.

To initiate a return for a damaged item, contact us at primedeals@info.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping address and further instructions. All returns must be paid for by the customer.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • You receive the wrong item.

This allows us to evaluate the issue and take corrective action.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind by the customer.

  • Opened items.

  • Deliberately damaged items.

  • Lack of evidence for the return claim within a reasonable time frame.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you need is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 - 5 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at primedeals@info.com.


Shipping Errors

We do not accept responsibility for orders mis-shipped due to incorrect addresses entered by the purchaser. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for such errors.
